How to Factory Reset / Clear Pairing History of the Headphones

Press and hold BOTH volume + and – buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds until the LED turns PINK, indicating that the headphones have been reset. The headphones should then automatically enter PAIRING mode, and the LED will flash RED and BLUE.
