Sky Infinity NC - How to factory reset/clear pairing history?

Factory reset the transmitter - Reley

STEP 1: Turn on the Relay
STEP 2: Press and hold the at the same time for 6 seconds until the turn RED & BLUE simultaneously for 3 seconds (it may look PINK). It should then go into pairing mode and the LED will alternate between flashing RED & BLUE.

Factory reset the earbuds - Infinity NC

STEP1: Place the earbuds into the charging case.

STEP2: Press & hold the pairing button on the inside of the case for about 8 seconds, or until the LED indicator on the left earbud turns pink.

STEP3: The LED indicator will then start to flash red & blue alternately, indicating that the earbuds are now in pairing mode.

Now you may need to repair the earbuds with the transmitter and lock them again.
