- It’s possible that the microphone settings on your PC are not set to use the boom microphone. To verify, check the LED indicator on the headset during a call. If the mute indicator turns red when you toggle the mute button, the microphone input is correctly set. If there is no indicator light, proceed with the following troubleshooting steps:
Step 1: Verify Bluetooth Connection
- Go to the Bluetooth settings on your PC and ensure that the headphones are shown as connected for both "voice" and "music." If "voice" is missing, try unplugging and replugging the boom mic. If this does not resolve the issue, delete the pairing history, reset the headphones, and pair them again.
