This issue could be due to a couple of factors:

Microphone Selection: Ensure you are using the microphone on the car kit rather than your cellphone’s mic. Remember, you need to answer calls from the car kit, not directly from your phone.

Bluetooth Connection Quality: Follow these steps to troubleshoot and improve the connection:
Reset the Car Kit:
- Step 1: In your device's Bluetooth settings, unpair/remove the Roadtrip.
- Step 2: With the Roadtrip powered on, press and hold the pairing button for about 2 seconds until the LED flashes RED and BLUE to enter PAIRING MODE.
- Step 3: While in pairing mode, quickly double-click the pairing button The LED will flash PINK and beep twice, indicating the reset is complete.
- Step 4: Turn on Bluetooth on your device and reconnect to the Avantree Roadtrip.
Re-pair the Device:
- Remove the Avantree Roadtrip from your phone's Bluetooth list and pair them again.
Test the Connection:
- Use the device again to check if the audio issue is resolved.
