My Eon headset is not turning off and saying Goodbye constantly. How to fix it?

It’s likely that the two replaceable, rechargeable batteries are not properly seated in the charging position.

To check, place the headphones on the charging base and monitor the charging indicator. If the light turns off exactly after 60 seconds, this indicates that only one battery is properly positioned while the other is not.

Please follow the instructions below to open the battery compartment cover and ensure each battery is correctly placed.
