If your earbuds are not pairing properly, or you have sound issues with one side or no sound, follow these steps:
1. Remove the Connection from Your Phone
- Place all earbuds back in the charging case.
- Go to your phone or PC's Bluetooth settings and forget "Avantree Infinity."
- Turn OFF the Bluetooth function on your device.
2. Reset the Pairing
- Press and hold the pairing button on the charging case for 8 seconds until you see the LED on the left earbud blink pink (a combination of blue and red) three times.
3. Pair & Connect Again
- Take one pair of earbuds out of the case and wait 3 – 7 seconds until the left earbud flashes blue and red, indicating the earbuds are in pairing mode.
- Turn Bluetooth back ON on your phone or PC.
- Search for "Avantree Infinity" in the Bluetooth settings and click to connect.
By following these steps, your earbuds should be ready to go and properly connected to your device.
