1.1 Place both of the affected earbuds back into the charging case.
1.2 Open your device’s Bluetooth menu, find the applicable Avantalk device (either “Avantalk Infinity NC” or “Avantalk Infinity SO”), and tap “Unpair” or “Forget this device.”
1.3 Remove both of the earbuds from the case at the same time.
1.4 Open your device’s Bluetooth menu and select “Avantalk Infinity NC” / “Avantalk Infinity SO” in order to reconnect.
