How to clean my Infinity earbuds?

Earbuds occasionally require cleaning as earwax, flakes of skin, and various debris build up over time. Clean them regularly (once every few months) to avoid muffled sound issues.

1.1 For the Infinity NC earbuds, gently pinch the sides of the silicone earbud tips and remove them from the earbud. Do not use excessive force when detaching them or they may tear.

1.2 Use a dry cotton swab to wipe out the inside of the earbuds and remove any dirt.

1.3 Use a small brush (a clean, dry toothbrush works also) to clean the inside of the earbuds further.

1.4 For the Infinity NC earbuds, re-attach the earbud tips back onto the earbuds.

Do not use rubbing alcohol, soap, or other cleaners, and avoid any type of moisture around the earbuds when cleaning, as this can potentially damage the earbuds.
