How to Factory Reset/ Clear Pairing History of DG60P

You may need to reset the DG60P if it is not working properly. Conducting a factory reset on the DG60P will clear all of its past pairing history.

Step 1: Make sure that the DG60P has been plugged in.

Step 2: Reset the DG60P.

Hold the Multi-Function Button for 2 seconds until the LED lights up BLUE and WHITE simultaneously.

Then double click the button, solid blue for 2 seconds, then alternate blue & white flashes, done.

Related knowledge:

1. Bluetooth device normally auto-reconnects to its LAST paired / connected device. You might need to make sure the previous used device are Bluetooth-off to avoid interference. 
2. It is important to Reset both Bluetooth sender and receiver. In case of cellphone / PC, you can turn off its Bluetooth function and turn it back on.
