Just take one earphone out of the case and leave the other one in the case.

The earphone will automatically go into pairing mode, allowing you to use it with your devices.

If both of the earphones are out of the case, they will automatically pair with each other so you can use both at the same time. The exception is if they are too far from each other and are out of range.
