My Alto Solo does not work well consistently with my computer, what should I do?

Step 1: Factory Reset

• Power On: Slide the power switch to the middle to turn on. You'll see a blue LED and hear “Welcome to Avantalk.”
• Reset: Press and hold both volume buttons until the LED turns pink, indicating a reset. The headphones will enter pairing mode, flashing red and blue, and announce "Pairing."

Step 2: Forget & Pair Again

• Forget Device: On your computer, go to the Bluetooth settings and forget/remove the Alto Solo.
• Pair Again: Put the Alto Solo into pairing mode and reconnect with your PC.

Step 3: PC Audio Settings

• Close Apps: Ensure the Call APP is the only audio app active.
• Adjust Settings: Confirm that both the speaker and microphone settings on your PC are set to Alto Solo.

Step 4: Reboot & Simplify

• If the above steps do not resolve the issue, reboot your PC and make sure that only one communication app is running when attempting to use the headset.
