How to Mute/Unmute the headphones?

To mute the headphone microphone, use the physical button on the boom mic and adjust it to the mute or unmute position as needed.

*** Note that this button does not affect the mute option within apps such as Teams or Zoom meetings. It is a separate mute function that applies only to the microphone of the headphones.
