Why does Zoom (or teams, discord..) not display the microphone muted status when I muted the microphone?

The headphones have independent physical Mute switch on the boom mic. When using it, you mute the microphone on the headset itself, not on your VoIP software. As a result, you won’t see yourself as “muted” on Skype, Zoom, Teams, etc., while your microphone is actually muted.

This is a general issue among Bluetooth headsets, our engineers are working hard to find a solution that can work around this issue.
