How to Mute/Unmute the headphones?

To mute the headphones, use the mute switch on the boom mic. Slide the switch away from the microphone icon to mute. The LED will turn RED. To unmute, slide the switch back to the microphone icon.

Alternatively, if you’re using the headphones with a VoIP app such as Discord, Skype, Teams, Zoom, etc., you can use the mute option in that app to mute.
